We have an incredible team of Coordinators and Managers that keep everything operating smoothly in and out of all locations. They work endlessly as a team to ensuring each shop is comfortable, clean, staff and clients are supported and that the business is running efficiently. They're truly masters at problem solving and have solution based strategies in all key situations. They're highly trained in the industry and each have an undeniable passion for their careers. There's so much to the company from behind the scenes. I, as the owner work closely with my team and Lead Supports daily to evolve the companies potential and optimize growth and standards. We have Lead meetings regularly to discuss pressing subjects, theories and strategies, business efficacy and are constantly elevating the company and client experience in innovative new ways. 

If you have visited one of our locations already, you have undoubtedly seen one of our shop leads in the salon doing their thing with shop support and business management. We're incredibly blessed to have such a dynamic group of people at Kharma.
