At Kharma Salons, we use a tiered system for our service providers to offer clients a variety of stylist options that reflect different levels of experience, expertise, and pricing.
This approach ensures that every client can choose a stylist who aligns with their budget, preferences, and desired outcome, while also giving our team a clear path for career growth and advancement.

Each stylist tier represents increasing education, technical mastery, and demand—and as our stylists elevate their skills, they progress through the system with the support of ongoing training and mentorship.

SENIOR STYLIST
A Senior stylist has most likely been doing hair for 2+ years, and has shown the ability to problem solve with challenging hair coloring and cutting. They have also taken extra training to keep them trendy and fresh in the hair industry.

MASTER SYLIST
A Master Stylist is an experienced professional known for their technical skill and attention to detail. They consistently deliver polished, reliable results and are dedicated to providing a personalized experience tailored to each client’s needs. Their expertise ensures you leave the salon looking and feeling your best.

ELITE STYLISTS + LEADS
This group represents the highest level of expertise at Kharma Salons. Many of them have spent years honing their craft and are recognized not only as top-tier professionals but also as educators and mentors within the industry. Some Elite Stylists also hold the title of Lead Stylist, reflecting their leadership role and continued commitment to excellence. They often teach advanced classes and mentor fellow stylists both within Kharma Salons and beyond. A few of our Elite Stylists have slightly different service pricing, which reflects their exceptional level of skill and the confidence with which they execute their services. Whether specializing in color, cutting, or advanced techniques, our Elite Stylists consistently deliver results at the highest standard.

 

OUR SERVICES & PRICING

Our pricing reflects the time, technique, and product required to achieve your desired result. Every service is customized to your hair type, density, length, and goals. Prices listed below include an average/approximate amount of colour product used; additional product charges may apply for longer or thicker hair or to achieve a desired result.

 

Haircuts $55 – $85+

Adult Cuts - Precision cutting and personalized styling tailored to your hair texture, lifestyle, and desired look.

Curly Cuts $70 – $110+

Custom cutting designed specifically for natural curls and waves to enhance shape, definition, and movement.

Extra Short Cuts (Clipper Cuts) $43 – $60+

Clean, detailed clipper work for short styles and fades.

Note: Bigger transformational hair cuts- please add $30 to the above hair cut prices as they require more steps/time to execute. Your appointment will be extended by 30 mins to account for this. Please mention at time of booking

 

COLOR SERVICES

 

Root Colour $108 – $138 ( Includes 1 bowl of colour)

Perfect for grey coverage or refreshing regrowth. Choose between permanent colour for full coverage or demi-permanent colour for a softer, blended grow-out.

Note: This service does not use lightener/foils 

All Over Colour$156 – $186 (Includes 2 bowls of colour)

Rich, even colour from roots to ends for a polished, refreshed finish.

Dimension Revival $115 – $131 (Includes 1 bowl of colour)

A subtle refresh designed to brighten the face frame and part line while maintaining a natural look.

Includes up to 10 foils.

Partial Foils $150 – $215+ (Includes 1.5 bowls of colour)

Targeted highlights placed where brightness and dimension are desired most for a noticeable yet natural enhancement.

Includes up to 20 foils.

Half Head Foils $195 – $256+ (Includes 2.5 bowls of colour)

Strategically placed foils throughout the top and sides to refresh and brighten your overall look.

Includes 20–40 foils.

Full Head Foils $257 – $320+ (Includes 4 bowls of colour)

A full dimensional blonding service for a brighter, more transformative result with foils placed throughout the entire head.

Includes 40–60 foils.

Partial Balayage $195 – $265 (Includes 2.5 bowls of colour)

A refresh service designed to maintain and brighten your existing balayage between full appointments.

Includes up to 30 foils.

Balayage $275 – $395 (Includes 4 bowls of colour)

A customized blonding service that creates soft, lived-in dimension with seamless grow-out. Techniques such as hand painting and backcombing are used to achieve a natural, sun-kissed finish.

Includes up to 60 foils. Consultation recommended.

 

Transformational Color-price by consultation 

This service typically will take 5+ hours. Transformations services combine several techniques together giving an overall drastic change to someone’s hair color. 

On-Scalp Bleach $225-$284 (Includes 2 bowls of colour)

Roots only Bleach and tone for clients that have an existing bleach out up to 8 weeks grown out  

A full blonding transformation applied directly at the scalp for an all-over blonde result.

Best for regrowth from 8 weeks regrowth 

$275 – $330 Includes 4 bowls of colour  

 

TONERS & ADDITIONAL ADD-ONS

Stand alone Toner $106-$121

This service is great to cancel unwanted warmth, add richness or just add shine with no pigment. It’s perfect between colour sessions and is a great add on with hair cuts. The products we use are damage free and ultra conditioning.

 

All lightening services include either:

A basic toner for one consistent shade throughout, or

A colour melt toner for a softer transition from deeper roots to lighter ends.

To achieve your desired look, your stylist may incorporate a combination of color techniques during a single appointment. Each of our stylists is thoroughly trained to conduct an in-depth consultation prior to your service. This includes a clear breakdown of the recommended services, associated pricing, and a customized color ticket that provides a visual overview of your service plan. This process ensures full transparency, aligns expectations, and allows us to accommodate your budget appropriately, eliminating any surprises at checkout.

Please note: Additional charges may apply for long or very thick hair, or for finishing styles such as curling or flat ironing. We’re happy to schedule a consultation to review your goals and provide accurate pricing.

A $100 deposit is required for color services lasting four hours or more. This will be applied to your final invoice and is refundable or transferable with at least 24 hours’ notice.
