Booking Policy
Deposits will be required for any color services that are booked for 4 hours or longer, color corrections and semi permanent brow services. Deposits will be applied to your invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the majority of our service providers being in high demand and booking far in advance, we require 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. It can be very difficult to fill a spot with minimal notice - especially our large color bookings. 
We understand that sickness and extenuating circumstances cannot be for-seen, but please try your best to give us ample notice so we can fill your spot.
Failure to give 24 hours notice can result in a 50% fee or deposit to re book.

No shows will result in 100% of the service fee being charged and the possibility to pre-pay for future appointments.
A 50% deposit will be required to book your wedding party through Kharma Salons. Should the date change or if you need to reschedule, we need at least 1 week's notice. This will give us time to fill up the service providers that were booked off. Failure to give this notice may result in a forfeit of your deposit.
Semi Permanent Make Up Deposit
There is a $150 deposit required when booking any semi-permanent service appointment. This will be required at the time of booking and will go towards your service.  If more than 24 hours notice is given to cancel your appointment should you not want the procedure done, the deposit will be refunded or issued as a salon credit. Should you no-show for your appointment, Kharma reserves the right to keep your deposit. Failure to pay the deposit will make your appointment time available to others if it has not been received a week prior to your appointment.
