Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Paola moved to Canada 20 years ago and is proud to call both Vancouver and Victoria home. 

She has spent the last 14 years behind the chair helping clients feel confident, beautiful, and truly themselves.

Paola specializes in all things color, including blonding, lived-in color, grey blending, balayage, and color corrections. She loves creating customized color that complements each client's features and lifestyle, whether it's a subtle refresh or a complete transformation. Equally passionate about cutting, Paola enjoys adding shape, texture, and movement to every haircut to enhance her clients' natural beauty and personal style.

Committed to continuous education and staying ahead of industry trends, Paola has attended advanced training throughout Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Vancouver, and beyond. She holds certifications with Wella, La Biosthétique, Bumble and Bumble, and Redken, allowing her to bring a wide range of techniques and expertise to every appointment.

Known for her positive energy, creativity, and fun-loving personality, Paola strives to create an experience that is both relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. She believes great hair is about more than just the final result—it's about helping people feel confident and empowered every day.
