Star is originally from Toronto, where she worked as a hairstylist and educator for many years. Recently, she made the move to beautiful British Columbia and is absolutely loving it. One of her greatest passions is teaching others what she has learned and sharing tips and tricks of the trade. She always strives to stay updated with the newest hair trends, as they inspire her work.

Creating stunning balayages and helping clients enhance their hair through haircutting is what truly drives her. She considers herself a meticulous artist, paying attention to details to ensure the best results for her clients. In-depth consultations and creating game plans for future appointments are activities she particularly enjoys.

When she’s not in the salon, one can find her doing hair on movie sets, as well as writing songs, playing the guitar, and reading dystopian novels. She believes that creativity flows in many forms and loves exploring all of them.
